1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Hygiene-sensitive items once opened

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact contact@sneakozoe.com with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

4. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 7 days of delivery and include photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once processing or shipping has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
